The Villages of the Valdinievole : there are a lot of medieval small villages on the luxuriant ills around Montecatini Terme, like Montecatini Alto where you can arrive with the Historical funicular, with its wonderful square and the fantastic view on the valley.

In the surroundings of Lucca you can visit the monumental villas of the 4th and 5th century. Among them Villa Torrigiani and Villa Mansi, the most representative villas of the culture and of the ancient Republican aristocracy
